1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the Peaceful Haven website ("Site") and Minecraft server ("Server"), together the "Services", you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Services. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Peaceful Haven.
2. Minecraft EULA compliance
Peaceful Haven is an independent server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation. All players must follow the Minecraft End User License Agreement. Any violation of the EULA on our Server may result in immediate termination of your access.
3. User conduct and acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorised client modifications ("hacked clients").
- Harass, bully, or threaten other players or staff.
- Distribute hate speech, discriminatory content, or inappropriate material.
- Attempt to bypass server protections, bans, or whitelists.
- Impersonate staff members or other players.
4. Virtual goods and purchases
- The Server may offer virtual items, ranks, or currency for purchase ("Virtual Goods").
- Virtual Goods have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the Services.
- We may modify, remove, or change Virtual Goods at any time without notice.
5. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, including Microsoft / Xbox Live logins, and for all activity that occurs under your account on our Services.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peaceful Haven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions resulting from your use of the Services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms at any time and will update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the new Terms.
